A warm welcome awaits you at Newhaven.
All our rooms are en-suite, we also have ground floor rooms available. All come equipped with  televisions, alarm clocks, hair dryers, welcome trays and complimentary toiletries. We serve a Continental breakfast. A full Scottish breakfast is also available at an additional charge.

Parking is available directly across the road from our location and is free overnight, during the day there is a small pay and display charge. There is free parking at the leisure centre which is about four minutes walk from the house.

Newhaven  is only two minutes walk from the town centre where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. We are also only five minutes walk from the ferry terminal, bus and train station. There are many sailing's daily to the islands including Mull, Iona and many others. Oban is the ideal base for day trips to Campbeltown, Fort William and Inveraray.

Smoking is permitted only outside where ashtrays are provided.
